The arbitration shall take place in Madison, Wisconsin, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

• Waiver of Jury Trial: You and MyCareClassroom agree to waive the right to a trial by jury for any dispute or claim arising under these Terms and Conditions.

• Exceptions to Arbitration: Either party may bring a claim for injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for the limited purpose of preventing actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

• Costs of Arbitration: The costs of arbitration, including administrative fees, arbitrator fees, and any costs unique to arbitration, shall be shared equally by both parties unless otherwise required by law. In cases of financial hardship, users may request a fee waiver.
